The furnace utilizes HRE alloy resistance strips arranged in eight independently controlled zones, powered by a 1300kW adjustable system, to achieve superb temperature uniformity of ≤±10°C.

The integrated Shimaden SRS13A PID temperature controllers and a 15-inch MCGS touchscreen form a sophisticated distributed control system. This allows for centralized programming, real-time monitoring, data logging, and storage of complete heat treatment curves. Safety and automation are paramount, with full interlocking for door, bogie, and heating operations, and protection against over-temperature and over-travel.

The furnace is supplied as a complete package, including the furnace body, a self-propelled bogie with a 3KW drive, a vertically lifting door with a 3T electric hoist, the electrical control system with cabinets, and comprehensive documentation.
